Leaving a crash involving injury or death causes automatic license revocation and possibly prison time.
If you drive without valid insurance
Delaware requires liability insurance. Driving without it may lead to suspension and $100 to $1,500 fines.
If driving under the influence (1st offense)
Delaware, license suspension depends on your BAC 12 months for under 0.15, 18 months for 0.15 to 0.19, and 24 months for 0.20 or higher or test refusal. You may also face up to $1,500 in fines and possible jail time.

May be charged with vehicular homicide or manslaughter. Results in long-term revocation.
When not wearing a seatbelt
